| To qualify for Lead SPIFF program, must be new opportunity for 10+ seats of Hosted Voice service, MegaPath Rep must engage with prospect, and customer must be actively shopping for Hosted Voice service. To qualify for MRC SPIFFs, orders must be enrolled on or before 12/31/2015, and are paid upon installation.
