Leading Distributor of Technology Solutions Signals its Continued Confidence in Fusion as Company Prepares for Emergence

November 14, 2019 – Atlanta, GA – Fusion, announced today that Converged Network Services Group (CNSG), the premier master distributor for the design and delivery of complete technology solutions, has signed Fusion’s new Partner Agreement. CNSG, which offers robust, all-in solutions that deliver real-world business outcomes, signed the new agreement to reaffirm its confidence in Fusion’s emergence from Chapter 11, which is on schedule to occur before the end of this year. The newly signed agreement replaces multiple legacy contracts with standardized terms and increases commission payments on Fusion’s fully integrated Single Source solutions, including UCaaS, SD-WAN, Managed Network Services and Security.
