CallTower and SoundConnect Join Forces

Two global unified communications and collaboration industry powerhouses merge.

SALT LAKE CITY and BOSTON – CallTower and SoundConnect, both global leaders delivering cloud-based enterprise-class unified communications and collaboration solutions, announced today an agreement for SoundConnect to merge with CallTower. This favorable integration offers employees, shareholders, partners and customer’s greater overall value and combined strength by providing a more diverse product suite.  

This merger generates a worldwide leading technology and innovation driven unified communications company, differentiated by its ability to delivery ground-breaking best in breed business communication technologies with exceptional technical and customer support on a superior network that leverages a global platform to create operating efficiencies and economies of scale for its customers.

The merger between SoundConnect and CallTower sets the stage to create a more comprehensive infrastructure and will also produce an expanded base of highly qualified employees to exceed customers and partner needs even further.

Collectively both organizations have successfully implemented more than 70,000 customer licenses across the globe over the past decade. The merger of the two organizations will be completed by the end of the first quarter. During this time SoundConnect will be renamed to CallTower.
