Technology Services Distributor Reinforces Long Term Relationship with Fusion as Company Prepares for Emergence

The new agreement reflects AppSmart’s continued confidence in Fusion’s Single Source solutions and in the company’s anticipated emergence from its Chapter 11 process before the end of the year. The new Agreement standardizes terms across legacy Fusion contracts and increases commission payments on Fusion’s fully integrated Single Source solutions, including UCaaS, SD-WAN, Managed Network Services and Security.
